Reflections Dermatology is proud to offer “The Brilliant Distinctions Program” from Allergan, the makers of Botox, Juvederm. Latisse, and Vivite. Each time you receive an Allergan treatment or purchase an Allergan product, you will earn points. These points can be converted into coupons that may be used toward the cost of future products and services. What Do I Have To Do To Earn Points?
To begin earning points with each BOTOX® Cosmetic Treatment, make sure you are registered on the Brilliant Distinctions Website. Once you are registered advise our staff that you are a participant.
How Do I Register for the Program?
- Once you have entered the website www.botoxcosmetic.com/activate go to the “my info” tab at the top of the page and enter in the personal information that is requested.
- Once completed, you will then select the "my physician" tab and click the "Clinician or Office Name" tab at the top. You will enter Dr. Palceski’s first and last name (Dimitry Palceski) in the appropriate fields. Do not enter the practice name as this will generate an error message.
- Click the orange “select” button when Dr. Palceski’s name and address appear.
- Complete the “my treatments" " section if you have a scheduled appointment and you'll receive an appointment reminder by email.
- You must access your Brilliant Distinction online account to be able to track your points, input voucher codes, and print coupons, so be sure to keep a record of the registration email you used and your password.
How Do I Get A Coupon To Use For My Treatment?
Prior to coming to our office for a treatment, log in to your Brilliant Distinctions account and choose "Redeem Points". The screen will show you how many points you have available to you. Make your selection as to how many points you would like to use and Click "Create Coupon". Print this coupon and bring to your treatment. This amount will then be taken off your treatment charge at the time of service.
What Happens If I Forget to Print a Coupon?
Since this is not a program created and maintained by our office, we can not honor any discounts offered by the Brilliant Distinctions Program unless a printed coupon is presented at the time of treatment. We do not have the power to make exceptions since it is not our program. You must bring your coupon if you wish to utilize your discount.
Do I have to do anything after the treatment?
Yes. Once you have received your treatment our staff will let the program know that you have received a treatment. The Brilliant Distinctions Program will then email you a voucher with the points earned by having this treatment. Please note that there is an expiration date on the voucher.
**We suggest that immediately upon receiving the voucher code in the email, you log on to the Brilliant Distinction's member website (there is a link in your voucher email). Log in to your personal account and "bank" the points using this special voucher code so that they will be available to you for your treatments. If the voucher is not redeemed prior to the expiration date noted in the email, your points will be lost.
Do the Points Expire?
Yes. It is important to realize that points are not added to your profile until after you redeem the voucher issued from your treatment. The expiration date of the voucher will be printed on the voucher you receive in the email. Once the points are "banked" the program states that these points will remain active in your profile as long as you have either deposited or redeemed points within 2 years. Our office will not be able to make allowances for expired vouchers or points since The Brilliant Distinctions Program is a program of Allergan and not Reflections Dermatology.
